S.Marimuthu,  born in Kovilpatti, one of the son’s of T S Subbiah was a chip of the old block and like his father also took up art as a profession and made his mark in the field of calendar art. In addition to calendar art he also drew paintings for private clients. One his best known works for the private client was the set of 32 drawings of Lord Vinayagar for Best Pumps.
