K.G. Gnanaguru (1952) born in Kovilpatti assisted Mu. Ramalingam in his prolific output of paintings joining him at the age of fifteeen. Subsequent to the demise of Ramalingam, he started a studio named as “Guru Chitra” creating paintings for the calendar industry and portraits.
